🇨🇵 Colored Fuel Prices to GPX

Stations without selected fuel are not included in a file. If option 'Include stations without this fuel' is checked on then the stations will be included in a file and marked as 'Black'. The stations will be stored in group 'Absence' so they can be excluded from view in Osmand.
